Full Head Check
A thorough scalp inspection before treatment begins. Any findings are shown to you directly.

Additional Charges
Severe Case Surcharge — $95
A severe case is when lice have gone untreated for over a month. An additional $95 covers the extra steps required. We assess this at the start of your appointment and will always let you know before proceeding.
OTC Product Hair Wash — $25
Used an over-the-counter product before coming in? Residue left in the hair can interfere with treatment. For $25 we will wash it out before your appointment begins using a vinegar based rinse.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that your current case of head lice will be completely resolved. If lice are found at your follow-up appointment, we will retreat you at no charge — no questions asked.
Our guarantee applies when all household members come in to be checked and cleared or treated. This protects you from reinfestion from people you live with, which is the most common reason lice return after treatment.
If you choose not to have all household members checked or treated, and lice are found at your follow-up appointment, we will retreat for a flat rate of $60. This is not a punishment — it simply reflects the possibility that reinfestion may have occurred from within the home.
Our guarantee does not cover future infestations after the follow-up appointment period. Head lice spread through head-to-head contact and can be picked up again at any time.
Pricing FAQs
No. Our treatment is a flat $150 per person regardless of hair length, thickness, or age.
A second treatment is not needed. We remove all lice and nits in a single session. We do recommend a free follow-up head check 3–5 days after your appointment (no later than 6 days) for peace of mind. This is optional, but most clients appreciate the confirmation.
A severe case is when a person has had head lice for over a month with or without any OTC treatment. We determine this at the start of the appointment with a head lice check. If it is determined that someone has a severe case, additional steps are required. We will let you know before proceeding.
We accept Cash, Credit and
If you used an over-the-counter lice product before your appointment, the residue left in the hair can interfere with our treatment. Those products are designed to stay in contact with the hair as long as possible, so even after rinsing at home, buildup is often still there.
When you book your appointment we will walk you through how to remove it at home using a vinegar based rinse, which breaks down the product so it can be washed out with regular shampoo and conditioner. Most clients are able to take care of this before they arrive.
If the residue has not been fully removed when you come in, we can take care of it at the salon for $25 before your treatment begins.
